Aside from his unbelievable work ethic.. his professionalism, experience and knowledge of the real estate industry makes him a true expert in his field. I was extremely impressed with the way he handled the numerous hurdles that came up, always calm, never a panic, never an issue, never a complaint, always a problem solver's approach to getting it done. And got it done we did. Additionally, Steve became a friend through the process. We found ourselves cracking a few jokes to lighten the mood many times, talked about our families and the impact selling this house was having on mine. At the end of the day, Steve has a big heart. He knew I'd much rather have my parents still here than selling their home. But with the situation as it was, he was very sensitive to my indecisiveness at times and helpful in working through it, because he knew I was trying my best to do right by my family and my parents.
